By participating in this VideoGameCorner (VGC) event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

📸 Media Release

- VideoGameCorner and its affiliates may capture photos and videos during the tournament.

- These images may be used for social media, promotional materials, advertising, and other VGC-related content.

- Your name, likeness, and gameplay footage may be featured in event recaps, marketing content, or livestreams.

- VideoGameCorner will not sell or distribute images/videos for third-party use without consent.

❌ Opt-Out Option

- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff before the tournament begins.

- While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, we cannot guarantee full exclusion from wide-angle shots or crowd photos.

🛑 Liability Waiver

- VideoGameCorner is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.

- Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and should take appropriate precautions.

- VideoGameCorner is not liable for any injuries sustained during gameplay or event participation.

⚖️ Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, judges, and fellow participants. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

🚫 Profanity & Disruptive Behavior – Excessive swearing, verbal abuse, or intentionally disrupting matches.

🚫 Disrespect Towards Judges & Staff – Arguing with officials, refusing to follow instructions, or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct.

🚫 Harassment & Discrimination – Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability will not be tolerated.

🚫 Cheating & Manipulation – Use of unauthorized equipment, collusion, or any form of match-fixing.

❗ Enforcement & Penalties

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in:

❌ Match penalties, disqualification, or forfeiture of prizes.

❌ Immediate removal from the venue without refund.

❌ Permanent ban from future VideoGameCorner events.
